Sneak Peek: Kenga Mag Issue VI Out This Weekend 🎉
Z Brand of the Week – Tribe of God

👋🏽 EDITOR’S NOTE
TGIF! 🎉
[NB: Find a sneak peek of one of the covers of Issue VI below]
It’s been an insanely busy week for us at Kenga as we’ve been dotting our i’s and crossing our t’s on the 6th issue of the magazine that comes out this weekend! This upcoming issue contains some really powerful cover stories, features the second installation of our fashion curation for the season, spotlights innovative African fintech companies, and includes artworks by world-class artists making their editorial debut on Kenga. There’s a lot to look forward to in Issue 6!
The opening piece in Issue VI, which laments on the system of capitalism that we inherited provides a view into the deeper reason Gen Zs are rebelling against oppressive structures in the world of work. Gen Zs are the generation struggling the most with detaching from work while away from work (see hot topics ⬇️), having known only the WFH culture that makes work and life inseparable. Beyond this, very real harm is being done by the corporate systems that Gen Zs are navigating as they transition into the world of work, and it’s high time the world actually started paying attention.
The 6th issue of Kenga Magazine is dedicated to all the young people coming of wage in the 2020s, learning the ropes of adulting, striving to build generational wealth, and working towards a better financial futures for themselves and the next generation.
Stay tuned for it this weekend!
