Inside: Sam'Aila in Z-Brand Spotlight
đ§ââïž Zen Note
I have a growing concern about the rate at which people feed off controversial opinions online and an equal concern for the personalities using this tactic to generate buzz. For example, this user thought it fair to share this worrisome take on womenâs bodies and pregnancy unprovoked.
While I understand the appeal of drawing attention in a crowded world of free speech, I believe there are significant downsides to airing 'wild takes' that must be considered. With 4.9M views (and counting), the spread of this content is unimaginable, not to add the danger this creates for its target. Social media platforms need to do better at curtailing subtle violent pokes like this and holding the persons in question accountable.
