Out With The Old Work Ethics And In With The New

Inside: Dye Lab in Z-Brand Spotlight

🧘‍♀️ Zen Note

Based on a recent survey, many US employers perceive Gen Zs to have a poor work ethic, feel entitled, lack communication skills and be too focused on technology. One particular example is drawn to Gen Z's tendency to challenge the status quo at work, which can be seen as a threat to the established hierarchy.

However, these perceptions are based on a genuine lack of understanding of our values and preferences. The traditional work ethic of sacrificing personal life for work doesn’t align with our priorities. And the older generations need to re-evaluate their work values and stop punishing Gen Zs for them.
